We deliver across Bangladesh. Orders within Dhaka city are delivered within 1-3 business days. Orders outside Dhaka are delivered within 3-7 business days.

• Outside Dhaka: ৳120
• Free shipping on orders above ৳2,000

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation. You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders within Bangladesh. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team at +880-1841-917370 within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via phone at +880-1841-917370 or message us on our Facebook page within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
